„House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there! “

The home is clean and well-equipped and outside offers a stunning lake view, a private dock, and peaceful surroundings. It was perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying coffee and evening sunsets on the porch. A great spot for a quiet summer escape!“

„We cannot say enough about how perfect The Lakehouse was for us. We had a group of Lady Anglers at Lake Limestone for a Women’s Bass Tour Tournament. The house was perfectly located near the marina, had enough space for the eight of us, the back porch was delightful, and the dock was amazing. We even had enough parking for four trucks with boats. We highly recommend this place. “

„We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!“

„The most clean and cozy house. We were there for a Family 50th wedding anniversary. We had 6 adults and 1 kid. We all enjoyed how cozy and quiet it was. The scenery and outdoor was beautiful. They had the house fully stocked and thought of everything.“

„3 pre-teens enjoyed floating and hanging out in the cove. Paddle boat was a PLUS! 1 year old loved hanging out on the secured fenced in patio. Great decking for no splinters for wet feet. Definitely recommend! Owners were accessible with all our needs. “

„We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. “

„Our stay in the Hidden Pines Cottage August 14 - 17, 2025 was just what we needed. It was secluded, private, the cottage was so nice and had everything we needed. The fishing was off as the water temperature was probably high driving the fish out to deeper water. We have two kayaks that we haven’t been using but the time we spent on the water was like a shot in the arm to get ours out and hit some local lakes.
