„Everything was great as far as im concerned except the bed could have been a little more firm and the AC unit seemed like it was past due for a good servicing!!! Other than that my stay was comfortable!“

„Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable “

„Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain.“

„Much nicer in person than the pictures. Had a hiccup with the heater but roshell was very responsive in resolving and great with communicating from the beginning. Will stay again when in town. “

„I loved staying at this cabin and am already making plans about when I can come back! The hot tub and kayaking (which the host provided) were some of the highlights, in addition to sitting out at the lake access which was just a short walk down from the cabin! I loved how I could see the lake from anywhere that I sat in the cabin and all the Texas decor was so fun! “

„Had a blast! Beautiful location. Kitchen had everything, even a waffle maker. That was a big hit! Furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen bar was nice. Beds were nice. Only point of concern was the small commode in the guest/second bathroom. The masters suite bath is quite nice. Family friendly. Just the right amount of communication with the host. Would/will stay there again!“

„Upon arrival to the house we discovered that the bed in the spare room was not what was shown in the online photos of the house. The bed frame was broken and we had to find some wood in the garage to prop up the frame and the mattress was not comfortable. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was broken off the wall and laying on the floor. I sent an email to the owner making her aware of these problems and she thanked me so she could address them. However, it was not taken care of while ...
