« This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. »

I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. There were snacks provided upon arrival, expectations and requests were clearly communicated, and any and all questions were answered throughout our stay. The house was amazing. The amenities and activities that we had to our disposal were innumerable. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone and I would 1000% consider staying with them again! »

« This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. »
