« The home overall was pleasant with a few problems that ultimately kept it from being perfect.These problems include the following:1) Many items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival.2) The wifi was borderline unusable in the living room. This wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that there was nowhere to setup my computer anywhere else in the house. I would heavily recommend adding a small desk in the master bedroom or adding a wifi mesh extender in the hallway by the laundry...

« The apartment was clean, and spacious and looked like the listing pictures. It could use some touch up paint in some areas, but overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. Some of the windows wouldn’t lock, so that was a bit concerning. »

Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. « Great floor plan, newly refurbished, and location is perfect. Farmland and walking trails surround a huge lot with lots of trees, yet just a short drive to all the retail or restaurant you could ask for. Such a unique property with a terrific host! »
