„The elevator was not working and no rooms were available on the first floor. That was ok for us since we can climb the steps to the 3rd floor BUT we were directed to do so from the "only stairwell" which was an external door facing the front of a busy road with also a fast food drive in right next to it. The door should have been secured but was actually left ajar all night with no security. I did feel nervous about the security of the building and that is why we also chose a hotel with secure ...

„The young lady could not tell me if I had prepaid for the room or not, she was very nice and everything but she was having a hard time with the PC, also wasn't sure how to set up a wake up call for the morning I don't think its her fault maybe she was not properly trained and she was the ONLY ONE there “

„The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night.“
