« The house was wonderful for our two families which included 4 kids. It had everything that we needed. The view was amazing and the house was very comfy.The pillows could be improved, but other than that, no complaints. You can request linens, at an extra cost, if you're travelling from overseas like we were »

« Such a lovely place to stay! Kitchen utensils all stocked and two gas cookers to cook with. Bed and couch super comfortable, and lots of firewood outside for when we ran out. ATV ride up and down was a great part of the experience and all our luggage fit! Wouldn’t bring too many perishables if staying longer than three days as even the best chilly bin can’t keep milk cold for that long! »

« The man that ran the place was very kind and straight to the point heaps of utilities in the kitchen so you wouldn’t have to bring a whole pan or potato masher, the kitchen and toilet are shared but it was still great. The heater was warm and me and my friends had a great time »

« We were up at Waimarino to ski for the week with our two young children, the house was a perfect little bolt hole when weren’t on the mountain!Our only issues were that while there was a log burner and wood for it, unfortunately the wood was all rather damp and there was no way to chop any smaller kindling to even get the fire going, thank goodness for the heat pump, so we were all sorted! Also the Freeview box lost signal on our last night, but no biggie, we were all ready for an early night by...
