« It was late and I couldn’t get into the VRBO. It was late the the VRBO customer service was terrible. The rep was nice and tried to help but she couldn’t get support from others due to “high volume of calls”. I was on hold over an hour. The host was very nice once we connected and offered another place to stay for the night. »

« We wanted to stay somewhere unique and central to all of the goings-on in Washington on this trip and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did it feel very new and well kept, but the place was pretty spacious and had a large shower and bedroom / living area. Having the Tangled Roots brewery/restaurant right downstairs was just the cherry on top and we will absolutely consider this location to be on the top of our list for the next time that we need to stay in the Washington...

« We really appreciated how spacious (much more so than one might expect from outside) and well-equipped this apartment proved to be. (Inside it really feels like a house, though it's the south end unit of a 4-unit row house, essentially a double duplex.) The living room is furnished with very comfortable recliners, adequate floor lamp lighting, and a large "smart tv." « We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...
