„Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite. „Smith Island is remote, isolated, and a 45 minute ferry trip from Crisfield on lower Maryland's Eastern Shore.The house was recently renovated. It is very well furnished and equipt. Chris has a detailed handbook about what to expect on the island with names and phone numbers for residents who can provide services and give tours including the listing for the ferry boats. „This was a very pleasant place for our family of 6 to stay, including our dog. A nice surprise was that the photos very accurately reflected the home itself, which isn't always the case. It was as clean and comfortable as advertised! The home has a very Chesapeake Bay feel (which we loved), beds and furniture were comfortable, and the hosts were exceptionally communicative and friendly. „This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. „I cannot say enough good things about this property from all the wonderful surprises (stocked coffee bar, complimentary toiletries, plenty of towels for a family of 5) to it being even more spacious than the pictures made it seem! „Easthaven is such a fun, family place to stay while on vacation. Clean, well equipped, relaxing and family oriented. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, crabbing, visiting West Moreland State Park and the quant surroundings. Für eine Nacht ok

"Das Hotel kann man für eine Nacht empfehlen aber nicht für länger. Alles sehr einfach, keine Reinigung, sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage von drüber tropft draußen auf das Fensterbrett und nervt. Frühstück sehr einfach auch wenn dafür viel angeboten wird aber nichts gemütliches. Pappgeschirr und Plastik Besteck. Der angebotene Pool war bei 40 grad im Schatten leider nicht geöffnet Das Zimmer war am Anreisetag sehr klamm und feucht, der Fußboden nass. Nach 2 Tagen hatten wir dann die Klimaanlage endlich richtig eingestellt. Dadurch war aber auch das Bett sehr klamm, Papier was im Zimmer lag war nass Insgesamt würden wir in dieses Hotel nicht wieder gehen und auch nicht empfehlen Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und bekamen nur 1 Satz Handtücher "
