„this place is at the far edge of anywhere in Santa Rosa. I could not find it, mostly because my phone died. I never did receive instructions on how to access the house. I do not download apps. This place never reached out when I did not show. Certainly looks good on the interweb but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.“

„Estuvimos 2 horas fuera de la propiedad esperando que nos abrieran desde las 4 pm hora del chek in y no fue hasta las 18:15 que nos enviaron un correo diciendo que cancelaban la reservaciĂłn por falta de espacio. HacĂ­a mĂĄs de dos meses que habĂ­a hecho esa reservaciĂłn y cĂłmo es que nos avisan dos horas despuĂ©s del supuesto chek in, dejĂĄndonos en un lugar inseguro con una adulta mayor y un niño sin opciĂłn de hospedaje en otro sitio. Quisiera demandar formalmente al dueño de la propiedad por estada.“

„I never received from the owner the details for checking. I called him without response. VRBO, was not very helpful, they just gave the owners phone number. I couldn't find the property and lost my booking. Now I need a full refund of my money. I think Expedia shoudn't take the money in advance when the address of the property is not provided or doesn't exist. It has been a shocking experience. I hope others won't fall in the same situation.“
