„Traveling with medical alert service animals can often times present unique difficulties for access and cleanliness, but not this trip! We were able to enjoy smooth, simple check-in, quick response from property management and all the little extras (extensive grounds for free play outside, fresh fruit & muffins!) to make our stay one that will be a frequent flier booking. “

„The unit was great and location very excellent walked many times to the Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge. Feedback entrance when we arrived spider webs 1st impression counts. Tvs in bedrooms would be a nice touch and child crying downstairs many nights. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend it. Thank you “

„The location is good, the property is ok as thw board games was missing pieces, the shower did drain properly, the was candy and plastic silverware found in couch as well so it felt like the property wasn't thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. The bed mattresses are thin and caused me to have back pains at the beginning of our trip which ruined the whole vacation as i was unable to do anything we had planned for the last 4 days of our stay. Had to go to emergency hospital for medications ...

„Our family has rented this home three times over the last year thanks to its wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities. This particular trip found us in the middle of a winter storm. The maintenance crew was prompt in coming to snow blow the driveway and all walkways, making sure everyone in the party stayed safe. There were a few issues and the host was very prompt to respond and addressed the concerns.Arriving and returning to the apartment after dark each day, it was difficult to locate the reserved parking spot. The digital keypad did not correspond to the directions, which at night in a parking lot full of vehicles was a little unnerving. "Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, leider Zimmerreinigung „on request“ hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und kein Bett gemacht etc. Besonders zu empfehlen ist in der Stadt das Monument Pioneer Courage mit vielen Bronzestatuen zur Reise der Pioniere, das Museum in der alten Union Station und der Zoo."
