„Gorgeously decorated historical home with endless attention to detail and oh, so squeaky clean!!Within moments of our arrival I proclaimed I COULD LIVE HERE!!Location was perfect for our visit with daughters. I can’t write this without mentioning the millwork, crown molding and trim….BEAUTIFUL!!“

„We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, and convenient to the interstate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. It could use a new set of cookware, but we were able to cook 2 basic pasta meals with the pots and pans that were there. We loved being able to park our car securely behind the back gate. We also loved that our pup had a yard to roam without having to be leashed. We would definitely stay here again. “

„The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! “

„We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting.“

„We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) We spent the rest of our time enjoying the peace and quiet of the apartment and the ...
