„Just OK, did the job for the weekend. We were able to see different rooms throughout because we were with a group and honestly each room was different as far as cleanliness and upkeep and general cosmetics. Our first room smelled horrible so we requested a move and this may have to do with allowing pets at the property. Waffle maker and breakfast were great for easy mornings.“

„The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is that they do not keep the air conditioners running in the rooms. When you first come in the rooms are extremely hot. The lobby also does not feel cool or comfortable. Even the hallways are hot. I have been to this hotel numerous times because they are clean and pleasant. That is my only issue.“

„My stay at The Green House in Midlothian was excellent! The house was clean, getting into the house at check-in was easy, and the host communicated all the information we needed. A minor thing that would be nice to have is a full size ironing board. There was an iron but only a small table top ironing board. Other than that I have no complaints about staying here and would stay here again next time I travel to Richmond.“

The furniture appears to be older, lower-quality pieces (likely from Walmart or IKEA) that are showing significant wear. The living room only has a small loveseat for seating while watching TV, the coffee table is quite wobbly with the veneer worn through in places, and the nightstand is also heavily worn.
