« The neighborhood and house were great, the house was clean and it was a perfect place for our family to stay as we visited our local family. »

« Check in was really easy, everything was clean and orderly. It had great bathrooms, tall ceilings, big windows and off Street parking. The kitchen had utensils, silverware, easy to use dishwasher coffee machine espresso machine teapot hole nine yards. Stove worked dead pots and pans spices in the cabinet easy squeezy lemon peasy. The neighborhood was quiet the air conditioning worked well and there were multiple areas for friends to hang out and gather. Also supplied were reading material...

« Overall great, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. (Thanks for the wine and chocolates, had to buy a corkscrew! )The grill was not usable, no propane. The hot tub did not get hot and was on a slant.Driveway is VERY steep.not suitable for elderly or handicapped, MANY STAIRSLarge Tv in all rooms, big fridge/ freezer,no ice maker , so bring ice.Shed in back was unlocked, so we looked insde for a usable grill. Nice backyard seating with ceiling fan. Could use fans in bedrooms....

The kitchen and coffee bar were stocked and linens and supplies were all provided and very helpful to have during our short stay. « We were in Murfreesboro for the MLS Next Cup and found this house in advance. It was ideal for what we needed. Easy to access, A/C worked great, WIFI worked great, kitchen was small but worked great for our family.It is definitely an older home (built in the 50s) so don't expect new build quality but it has lots of character with more modern furnishings. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but note that the third bedroom is really an air mattress in either the TV room or the room near the front door so...

« We were there to attend the wedding of a friends daughter. The house was so nice and a great location. We loved sitting on the second story swing with the gentle rain. We also took a nice walk. What a great house! »
