« The room smelled like smoke eventhough it was a non-smoking room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The light in the bathroom flickered and eventually went off. Mold in the bathroom due to fan not working. The handle in the bath tub was falling off. The sink and tub plugs were missing. The phone in the room was disconnected. The TV remote didn't work. « We arrived at this hotel late at night and were told they had no rooms available. The young man at the counter was dressed in jeans and a ball cap. I didn’t even know he worked there. « The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! »
