« We loved our short stay at the carriage house. It’s beautifully renovated and high quality everything. Perfect for two people. Easily 4 if you don’t mind sharing space a bit. We would have loved to Spend more time but we were in and out a lot. Not far from downtown waterfront. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. »

« This house is in a great location. We could walk to the beach, or to Fort Henry to let my grandsons run around. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. We have come to this area of Maine since 2017, and this had been our favorite place to stay! »

« Love the place and hope to stay again. Short walk down to the lake where it’s easy to swim out to a floating dock. Love the lake. Various beach chairs, as well as kayak, SUP in the basement. Appreciated the mosquito repellent that was provided! Had everything we needed for our short stay. »

« This was a last minute booking for our family as we had a basketball tournament, there were 8 of us including 3 children. This was the most kid friendly house we have stayed in! It was so well stocked for the entire family. The house was meticulously cleaned and the hosts were very responsive to any questions! »

« We had a wonderful two nights at this gem. Just a short walk to downtown, we were able to easily do some shopping and sightseeing. Our first night we barbecued on the deck, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. May places to chill out at this home, great seating and tables for playing games as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to choose this home again!! »

« As soon as we got there we felt welcome. John was amazing, showing us around the whole property & explaining all that was offered. We got there late & had not had a chance to eat so we asked him if there was any suggestions. He immediately got on the phone & got us a reservation for the Thistle Inn. He was amazing & could not do enough for us, including bringing us pastries every morning & having campfires at night so that we could get to know the other guests staying at the inn.The room was...

« This was a unique hotel with an elevated family home feel. We loved the living room , and kitchen availability. We enjoyed a night around the fire pit with a view of the water. The manager was very personable and cared about the guest experience. Boothbay Harbor was a lovely town with great restaurants. We would like to return. »

"À l’arrivée, il y a eu une panne informatique. L’emp’loye sur place, très âgé, n’arrivait pas à contacter personne et n’arrivait pas à faire l’enregistrement. Nous avons dû attendre près de 3h avant de pouvoir avoir notre chambre."
