„The property was perfect for what my sons and I - heated pool, hot tub, basement movie watching, and plenty of room for our board games. I’ve rented through VRBO on several occasions and I can’t think of a more accommodating and attentive host. Josh (and his team) were nothing less than amazing. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. “

„A very nice clean house with ample parking and a large yard. One suggestion for the owner is to clarify what type of coffee maker is provided, as we bought ground coffee with us but it is a Keurig. Alternatively providing the Keurig pods and a salt and pepper shaker would be ideal.. “

„Great place to stay. There were four of us and it was about perfect with having one bathroom. Two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat are there for use. But plenty of room if you brought your own. I would recommend bringing your kitchen essentials (spices, oil, condiments) as there aren’t really any there. Easy walk to the beach across the road. Road is 45 mph so people are hustling on the road but you can see a good half mile or more in each direction. Driveway is steep and not a ton of room, ...

„Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. “

„Noble House was a welcome place of restoration and relaxing after spending several days in the backcountry of the ADK mountains. The cabin was easy to find, warm and welcoming with the comforts of home while having the peace of nature all around. „The house is welcoming and comfortable. It’s clearly a home, not just a place bought to rent, and the lived-in feel made it very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment, including a kitchen full of pots, pans, and utensils, and plenty of bath towels.Joshua was very responsive to our questions. „Stayed for 3 nights for a bachelor party with friends. Had a great time. Plenty of space for activities inside and out. Mini pool table in the basement and arcade games were lots of fun. Not too far from Saratoga race track either made it a good stay.“

„This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host. “

The house and location were perfect for us, providing us a scenic spot to cook and play games together, play in the water, participate in several local activities and to just relax.
