„Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.“

„Wow, what a week! This was one of the most relaxing and peaceful vacations we’ve had in a while. The cabin is utterly adorable, clean, stylish and comfortable - definitely a place where you don’t mind staying in to enjoy all it has to offer. The lake views are gorgeous and the cabin itself is situated in such a private spot where you really feel like you’re in your own private world. When you do venture out, there are fantastic wineries that are so incredibly close by! I’d be remiss if I didn’t ...

„We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. “

„A beautiful home right on the water. The location is great, only a couple minutes from town. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Morgan was our contact and readily available for any questions we had. We loved the space inside and outdoors and hope to be back next summer!“

„Cool, quirky, large clean house, in a great location. Bring water shoes if you want to go in the lake. House needs a little TLC which the owner indicated they would address. My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch is a great spot to hangout and was very popular with our group.“

„This is a great property! Its location is peaceful and there is so much to do in the area that no one could be at a loss for activities. The large living and dining area accommodated our group of 12 easily. Perfect week! “

„This was a great place to have a family reunion. There is a nice big yard and a wonderful waterfront area. Having 6 bedrooms was helpful also. They are smaller than they look online but It worked out. “

„We had a great time staying at this property; it was very clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat for the week; German Brothers marina is not far down the street and were very accommodating, letting us return the boat at 7 pm if we wanted it that long. The kayaks and activities in the basement kept my son busy. We would definitely stay here again. “

"Room was well equipped but with a very used appearance. Best days were already a while ago. Safe in the room was locked upon arrival and could not be opened as no master key was available. This is a known issue. Breakfast area is very nice including seasonal decorations. Complimentary breakfast was good except for the warm brown water aka coffee. Walmart is next door. For outside eating, can recommend Connie’s Diner."
