« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « Conveniently located in center of town with shops and restaurants at walking distance. As a consequence, there’s quite a bit of street noise. Eat plugs drown it out. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Good value for money. »
