« The location near the university and in the city is perfect. The living room comforts include blankets for guests. The bedrooms were welcoming and very comfortable. There is an attic area we didn’t use but would be perfect for kids. The basement has a sleeping and tv area with bathroom. The outside porch/sitting area is very nice but could use some outdoor pillows and consider additional lighting. The yard is very well taken care of. « Peggy and Gary are wonderful hosts at the beautiful Riverside Lodge Bed and Breakfast which is sandwiched between the Honga River and Chesapeake Bay. We enjoyed the quiet serenity and watching the water fowl and eagles flying nearby. Peggy cooked us a hearty breakfast each morning and also a delicious dinner for our anniversary. « Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite.
