« The cabin is pretty small, but the view is really big - looking across Cottonwood Lake! Sunrises and sunsets were very pretty! The kitchen is well stocked, there's enough room to spread out, the area is really quiet, and there's plenty of parking. The owner was quick to respond to any queries I made, and checkout is a breeze! »

« Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available. »

« We booked in advance what wound up being an extremely cold weekend with negative degree temps. When we arrived, there was an issue with the heat and our booked house was very cold. This was immediately rectified once we notified the owners and they got us the code for the house across the street with zero hassle. We’ve stayed at these properties before and will again in a heartbeat - great amenities, location and service. »

« The host was wonderful from the start to our last day. We really enjoyed our week stay, everything is provided except your food and drinks. We ate several times at the Red Rock Restaurant, food was good, love the fry bread tacos. We would love to stay here again when visiting the area...Much Thanks and Many Blessings :) »
