« It was as nice and cosy I expected it from the pictures, and it was clean although recognizable that no one had lived there for a while.The check in went smooth until I tried to open the box with the code; that was not easy without any description (but I finally managed).The fireplace is lovely (egg coal provided & I bought a lighter, kindling and some additonal fire wood at a supermarked). « A spacious and comfortable lodge with a pleasant view of the lake (not the marina). It is in a quiet spot slightly uphill from the marina itself. Apart from the Canada geese on the grass, we saw tufted ducks on the lake, a heron in the reeds and oystercatchers on the grass. Plus other birds in the trees. Please note that the cooling towers are not visible from the lodge because of the trees. In any case they are decommissioned. »
