« Laney went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed prior to even booking. The house was so comfortable and cozy that I was thrilled to spend one of my days inside watching the snow. A wonderful and quiet spot that I would recommended to anyone. »

« First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »

« The cabin has everything you need in a small space, yet comfortable. The setting and views from it really cannot be beat! »

« Had a great stay. The original booking had a loft and wasn't handicap accessible, so we switched to another cabin on the property. The new cabin had a couple steps up, and a small front porch. A rail would have been nice, but we made it work. It was charming, cozy, warm, clean, quiet, and private with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The kitchen was great, I cooked breakfast and a roast chicken and baked some apple turnovers. We had a nice campfire under the stars. We had a nice view and enjoyed...

« This is kind of like staying in a cabin. It is rustic. Very cleanfor an old building. If you look at the pictures it is what it is along with the price. The biggest draw back for us is it reeks from smoke. Whether it's from long time smokers living there or people who live downstairs, I don't know. They don't allow smoking now but it really needs an ozone machine. I hate writing a bad review but you need to look closely at the pictures. It was a convenience for us to stay in that location which...

« This spot was ideal for us. Beauty, privacy, quiet, comfort. We used it as a base camp for exploring the Adirondacks. Felt remote but nearby North Creek had everything we needed. We had glorious weather and were outside most of the time, but the cabin was big enough for reading and playing games if we had needed to be inside more. »

« Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. »
