« Les plus : Les espaces communs étaient super et le personnel de l’hotel était vraiment gentil. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique. Les moins : l’éclairage froid dans le restaurant (led), le manque d’éclairage dans la chambre et surtout le système de climatisation/chauffage dans la chambre qui laisse vraiment à désirer (très bruyant et nécessite qu’on l’ouvre et le ferme constamment car ne s’éteint pas tout seul - donc très problématique la nuit) »

« It is a perfect place to sense of small-town New York. And just across the road there is a short walk to Schroon Lake which is marvellous as it is lined by trees that are close to 100 feet high. Beautiful lake view with a small, sandy beach. Owners are delightful to speak with. Very pleasant experience. »

« I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!! »

« Quiet, comfortable home. My only complaint about check-in was that Vacasa changed the entry code so we had some difficulty getting in. My complaint about the home is that there was mouse droppings all over the kitchen — on dining table, on kitchen counters, even in the coffee pot. Ugh. »
