« Loved the place.. clean and quiet!! Perfect for a weekend getaway »

« We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

« My daughter and I stayed for three nights for her basketball tournament. It was more spacious and quieter than the busy hotels and convenient to everything in Newport News and a quick 10-min ride to Hampton. Very clean, fun decor, and the kitchen had what we needed for a few simple meals. Shower, washer and dryer all worked well.
