„Jeff's place is absolutely stunning! It's cleaner than places that don't allow dogs and is very well furnished. At the time we stayed there was no internet or television but seriously, you won't miss those. When you drive in you're not just pulling up from the road into a driveway, you're driving onto a small resort - through a gate that's well off the main road, past what looked like a boat house, around a roundabout, past a pole shed (game house), through a larger parking lot into the smaller ...

„I enjoyed our stay very much. There was anything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Its a comfortable place to stay. I love the yard. All the games and stuff we did not play but the stuff for them was there. The woods in the backyard were cool! And if ur going to Jamestown this is a great location to stay at! Literally 4 miles down the road is the ferry you take right over to it. If i return to the area ever, i would stay here again.“

„We rented the house as lodging and a central location while family and friends came to town for a local funeral. The house fully suited our needs with plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be together or take time on their own. The view of the river is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit last night. Overall a great experience and we’re already talking about renting it again for a few days this summer.“

„We had a lovely last minute vacation. The property was very homey and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and pleasant. The area was quiet and the little yard was perfect for our dog. I would advise planning ahead for any trips for groceries and activities. While we enjoyed our first experience on the car ferry, we did need to adjust our schedules a bit. It was a great place to relax and have some late summer fun before school started. “

„If you want to step back into time and history this is ideal. Our pet loved all the adventures on the trails and running around the yard. The dinning room was my favorite room. We ate all our meals in there in front of the fireplace. I felt as if we were eating and living in a historic home in Williamsburg, but better because of all the private land around us! Finding the Fairy Tree was a bonus. “

„My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The large fenced in yard was awesome. We brought our small dog and she enjoyed running around the yard. The house was roomy for the eight of us!The short ferry boat ride to Jamestown and Williamsburg was great and the children enjoyed it.The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!“

„The home is spacious & well maintained. Beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen had plenty of dishes & other equipment. The only complaint is most of the windows/doors in the living/ kitchen area dont have shades. The morning sun is blinding in that space. The view is amazing though! My sisters & I all agreed this was our favorite VRBO ever! Oh, & Rene was great to work with.“
