« Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great! »

« Trish's studio was incredible. She had peaceful music playing on the TV when we walked in and an array of snacks (including coffee for the morning!); the studio itself was immaculate and adorable. Located less than 10 minutes from the mountain/to town - which was also so adorable! Trish was a great host, even responding to me late-night when I had a question. I would've moved in if I could! »

« Overall great experience. Very central location. Host lives in building, so is always available. They grow tomato's and cucumbers on the balcony that they invited us to "take as much as you want" My only discomfort with this place was the dust and dirty dishes. The people before us half-washed the things they used and the place seemed like it needed a pass with a vacuum cleaner. The floors were not very clean. In general, I greatly enjoyed my stay here. »

« Beautiful cottage, but major safety and maintenance issuesWhile the interior of this cottage is lovely, our experience was unfortunately defined by significant safety concerns and poor maintenance.The primary issue is the driveway/hill. Despite driving a Toyota RAV4 Woodland Edition with trail tires, the hill was completely impassable due to ice. We slid down several times—even after a plow had passed—and nearly ended up in a ditch. « Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame.
