« Communication with our host Stephen was excellent. He made sure all of our questions and inquiries were addressed. He was easy to reach and got back to us immediately!!We came in December for a short winter getaway and the Finger Lakes did not disappoint. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms, and a huge kitchen for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and had general spices and oils for cooking. « 10 of us stayed here for Christmas. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the dining room table was perfect for our group. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. We did have a couple questions and Cate was very quick to respond. We would absolutely return to this house. »

"Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse trĂšs confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hĂŽtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptĂ©e ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres pour aĂ©rer
 Le petit dĂ©jeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposĂ© dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique et couverts en plastique ! Ce n’est pas gĂȘnant pour manger mais qu’est ce que ça engendre comme dĂ©chets ! C’est tout simplement Ă©norme ! Dommage, la parti environnementale de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs mauvaise."
