The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. « Ther property is stunning! So well appointed, with everything you need. The deck and hot tub are beautiful for the sunsets. Pet-friendly and a perfect location for Sampson State Park and local wineries. »

The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. We did have a couple questions and Cate was very quick to respond. We would absolutely return to this house. »

The listing didn’t specify it was seasonal and it was the main factor as to why we picked this house…we were looking forward to using it each night and were not able to.
