„This place is just like the pictures. Very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The view is fantastic! The linens are hotel-like and the kitchen is very nicely stocked. We stayed two nights and walked around the lake, made for a great stay. Definitely recommend. “

„We had a wonderful stay! The house was well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing, scenic getaway. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip — highly recommend!“

We really appreciated their suggestions of hikes and places to visit. We actually had our trip planned out before, but changed it due to their suggestions. We had NO regrets. „The property is lovely and very new. It's so new that a few basics were missing (all no big deal but would be helpful), such as more towel hooks/bars in the bathrooms and facial tissue and shampoo in each bathroom. Area rugs would help both bare feet and acoustics. All small stuff; overall, it's a stunning, super-clean place in the perfect location for our time at the CIA in Hyde Park. John (owner) was kind and patient with requests and questions. “

„My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The home and yard are beautiful, everything was clean and well appointed. We had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and Ben called to walk us through the process of getting it back on, and sent a technician out to ensure everything was running properly. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend a stay here! “

„The host was very accommodating. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The home is beautiful, cozy and filled with many household items and games! The rooms were comfortable and spacious! Love the outdoor set up in the back and the front! We will certainly be visiting again and there is no other place we would want to stay! “

„Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line.“

"Bear Mountain State Park und die Unterkünfte overlook lodge und bear mountain inn sind traditionelle lodges mit rustikalem interior, das sehr gepflegt ist und super gut in die Umgebung passt. Die trails sind wunderbar und auch wenn man nur im den Hessian Lake wandert, hat man einen tollen Spaziergang erledigt."

"Perfekt, vor den Toren von NYC und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Outlet. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist klassisch amerikanischer Durchschnitt, nicht überragend, aber leckere Waffeln. ;-) Wer nicht uzm Abendessen fahren möchte, kann sich ins Hotel liefern lassen und im Gemeinschaftsbereich essen. "

"Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und daher perfekt für eine Nacht. Was uns gestört hat, ist der Zug, der sehr laut war. Die Ohrstöpsel werden an der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt. WLAN funktioniert zwar an der Rezeption aber nicht im Zimmer - leider."
