„We really enjoyed our stay at casa Yolanda! The location is different from what vrbo says, it is not an 8 minute walk from the beach, it’s about a ten minute drive. You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. There are several free(and paid) bikeable cenotes in the area. Chemuyil is an adorable town and we had a blast exploring the area. The ...

„Definitely a jungle retreat House was awesome Managers very awesome with giving information and rides to areas for a pick up Rent a car as you need to go places More information on arrival would be great like wifi We like to cook dinner so more little things like pepper and foiling with bbq lightner would have been great addition Experience the area There are local Cenote’s. In the area that are amazing no need to go to tourist big ones A place for relaxing and being part of the culture“

„Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. “

„At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again.“

„Perfect for what we were looking for! Private, pool to ourselves, cook when/if we wanted. Separate building for kitchen/living so not to disturb sleepy head! If you want to get around more, need a car, but for our time there, with grocery delivery, we didn’t need. Not our first trip to Mexico, so a quiet retreat was perfect for us! Claudia was a very responsive host. Thank you!“

„Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. “

„We spent a delightful six days here. We chose the location because we knew we wanted a quieter community than in Tulum and that we didn't want the all-inclusive hotel scene. We found four free cenotes within walking distance including one right across the street. It was a very short drive to the beach. And we appreciated the local restaurants just a mile away. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet.“
