You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. „Perfect for what we were looking for! Private, pool to ourselves, cook when/if we wanted. Separate building for kitchen/living so not to disturb sleepy head! If you want to get around more, need a car, but for our time there, with grocery delivery, we didn’t need. Not our first trip to Mexico, so a quiet retreat was perfect for us! „Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. “

„At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again.“

„We spent a delightful six days here. We chose the location because we knew we wanted a quieter community than in Tulum and that we didn't want the all-inclusive hotel scene. We found four free cenotes within walking distance including one right across the street. It was a very short drive to the beach. And we appreciated the local restaurants just a mile away. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet.“

„Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever ...
