„The rooms were okay, but the second floor was rather noisy and not very comfortable. The balcony in particular was not very inviting, as the neighboring buildings allow direct views into the rooms, which affected the privacy. Considering this, the price-performance ratio felt quite overpriced. The location is, of course, very good. However, I would choose a different accommodation next time.“

„Easy check-in process. Very modern and clean apartment with a lot of space. The apartment offers everything you need. The meriton suites are in one of the newest and tallest buildings in the city - we had a lovely view from our suite - and the location is great as well in the middle of everything. A 10 min walk from the immigration center/museum, where all day-trips depart from. Lovely personnel too - we really enjoyed our stay. “

„The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport.“

"Freundliches Personal und schönes Zimmer. Der Shuttle Bus dauert länger als der Weg zu Fuss- auch vom Internationalen Terminal. Frühstück nicht dem sonstigen Standard entsprechend. Nur ein Kaffeeautomat für alle Gäste mit teilweise langer Wartezeit. Mehrere der warmen Speisen waren gleichzeitig vergriffen. Wurde zwar zeitnah wieder aufgefüllt, führt jedoch zu deutlich längerer Zeit für das Frühstück als sonst."

"Preislich in Ordnung, jedoch war das Personal – insbesondere an der Rezeption – von Anfang bis Ende sehr unfreundlich. Man hatte leider das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sei. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Es gab keinen Käse, nicht einmal Gurken oder Tomaten, und insgesamt kaum Auswahl. Wenn etwas leer war, wurde es nicht zeitnah nachgefüllt. Das Personal beim Frühstück war jedoch deutlich freundlicher als an der Rezeption."

"Es war ein riesiges Zimmer hatte aber schon einige Gebrauchsspuren auf dem Teppich oder den schiefen Vorhängen. Kostenloses Wasser für den Kaffee wäre nett gewesen es gab nur 5 Dollar für eine kleine Flasche Fiji Wasser. Ambiente fand Ich ansonsten prima, alles im alten Stil eingerichtet, z.B. Gemälde in den Zimmern. Das Internet war eine Katastrophe. Mit dem Handy ging es in Zeitlupe, mit dem Laptop eigentlich gar nicht . Die Gegend ist super, Bahnhof ist zu Fuß zu erreichen - Fußgängerzone direkt vor der Tür - Brisbane River auch nahe bei. "
