« Tim is an excellent host and responds quickly. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The a/c units in each room kept us nice and cool during the hot memorial weekend. The kiddos had a blast catching a bunch of fish, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. »

« I loved the cottage I stayed in! Having a kitchenette, porch, A/C were awesome! The only issues were; no screen on door; shower curtain rings wouldn't stay in place. Also fun were mini-golf, badminton, hot tub, pool, paddle boat. Thank you!!! Cheryl M. & her sister Janine »

« We are a three generation family ages ranging from 82 to 10 years. Besides excellent housing amenities, the games were a big hit. The property is in a beautiful location. Close to town but on the edge of country. Perfect for small or larger number of guess. Relax by one of 2 fire pits, or barbeque at the gazebo with the whole gang. What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of California. »

« This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! »

« First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

« We were in Napa for a wedding and this was the perfect location for us. The house is beautiful - high ceilings, great finishes, comfy beds, great outdoor space. We didn’t cook but would have loved to use the amazing kitchen. Location is ideal. Easy to find, easy street parking, walkable to downtown. Highly recommend. »

« This home was exceptionally clean and unbelievably well equipped. We were all (6 of us) impressed. The location great and the backyard a great place to hang out and relax. »
