« Bathroom is bad. No water supply properly in the basin. As shown in the picture bathtub is not at all usable. Infact bugs are in the bathroom. No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. Itâs not worth the price »

I took off one star because hot water was available but more like Luke warm, and after running water for 45 mins.
One thing to note, not related to property- Bandipur safari is only available by car and only two times a day. First one starts at 630 in the morning.
There is a huge price difference when doing safari from Bandipur officials vs when arranged by resort, but experience is...
