OK for a night
On first impressions the hotel is good - great location and spacious rooms, we were upgraded to a large room with jacuzzi spar. Its the detail that lets this hotel down - the TV was about 30 years old and was almost impossible to work, there was hair on the floors in the room and the shower bracket was broken so had to hand hold the shower. The WIFI was the other are that let this down very hit and miss. Breakfast was ok however flies around all the cheese and ham was quite off putting. We only stayed one night and for £60 to visit Hisaronu and get your head down its ok but dont expect greatness - the furstration is alot of this would be easily remedied

I likes the hotel over all if you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from city center and sea. Easy check in and nice reception staff, room and swimming pool which located in the middle of the hotel. Stayed for one night only and left early because we had ferry that is why we had no chance to see the breakfast. Our stay was on Sunday, the hotel had a BBQ musical party on the pool. We have been told be one of the receptionist it cost 700 tl per person. When we go later to the site to make a reservation, they told us it is 650 tl per person!!! And they charged us for soft drinks later while it was supposed to be included in dinner! The most annoying thing was the noises after the party ends. Some of customers stayed there till 1 am laughing and talking loudly which prevented us from having a sleep. And the worst part was the fight and yelling which happened after, between the staff ( as they told us next day) in the pool area and we kept awake till 2:30 am as noises come closer to our floor. I am wondering if it between staff members, why did they keep fighting near our rooms ?!!! At check out they want to charge us for 2 orange juice which we did not order.

In a great place with lots to offer, breakfast is lovely, and the hotel has a nice pool area. Staff are pleasant, however our checkout was for 2pm as per Expedia, but on arrival and checkout day they advised it would be 12pm which wasn't great as we were staying for 1 night.

Her şey harikaydı. Özellikle bizi turist gibi hissettirmelerine bayıldık. Ekstra olan her şey Euro ve Pound bazlı. Odadaki kasa bile. Kelebekler Vadisi’nde 35 TL olan colanın, odamızda 230 TL olmasından bahsetmiyorum bile. Her şey mükemmel ama bu konuya kesinlikle bir düzenleme getirilmeli.

Kolay kolay hiç birşey hakkında yorum yapmam ama buna değer bence.Otele girişimizden tutun çıkışımıza kadar çok güzel karşılandık.Güler yüzlü çalışanları en ufak isteğiniz de direk ellerinden geleni yapmaları gerçekten ayrı ayrı hepsine çok teşekkür ederim.Temizlik konusuna gelince mükemmel ilk gün gezmeye gittiğimizde odayı çok dağınık bırakmıştık hatta biz söylemeden temizlemezler zaten diyip odayı öyle bırakıp çıktık bı geldiğimizde bizim özel eşyalar bile katlanıp oda düzene sokulmuş yani yazacağım çok şey var.Otele gitmek istiyosanız hiç düşünmeyin gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz.Herşey için çok teşekkür ederim tekrardan.

Merhaba Muhammed bey, Satın almış olduğunu daire de her şey sizin için hazırdı ama sezon dışı olduğundan dolayı havuzlar kapalı bu site de belirtilmiştir.Size sunmuş olduğumu tüm imkanları da kabul ederek kendi isteğinizle başka bölgede tatil konaklamayı tercih ederek kendi isteğinizle konaklamdınız.Başka zaman hem bölgenin hemde otelin daha yoğun olduğu bir dönemde sizleri ağırlamak isteriz.Görüşmek dileğiyle.

When we got to the hotel. From the on set we could tell it was anything but high class. Rooms are horrible. Bathrooms were worse. Pool area was nice. But horrible staff. Rude obnoxious check in staff. Hated it. Pillows were filthy. Most certainly not a 4 star. 2 star hotel at tops. Wish we stayed at mote verde hotel. Or the okra hotel and villa. Paid £105 for 1 night. Wasted. Have been travelling for the past 30 years. This has ro be the worst hotel to date.

Great hotel, great staff, very nice rooms and facilities. Owner was there all the time and made sure everyone had a great stay. English speaking staff. Booked for 3 nights, ended up staying 7 nights. Just fantastic.

sitenizden teras katı diye oda aldım, ancak otel yetkilileri orayı aile odası olduğı içöm vermeyeceklerini söyleyip bodrum katında rutubet kokan aile odasını verdiler.. . o kadar rutubet kokuyordu ki sırf bu yuzden saat gece 12 civarı otele geldim .. hatta o gece başka yerde kalmak için otel bile aradım, paramın boşa gideceğini bile bile... yani otel üç kağıtçılık yaptı.. bir daha kalmam , kimseye de önermem.. özellikle net den alıp gitmesinler .diğer özellikleri istediği kadar iyi olsun en temel güvenilirlik sınavını geçemedi..diğer odaların konforu hakkında bilgim yok.. ha yardımcı personel gayet saygılı ve yardım sever..
