Great location and use of space for beds! Only 2 rooms are truly private though, and that made it a little difficult to figure out where to put people. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time but we managed. Not a great kitchen for cooking as far as pots/pans/knives go and only half the stove worked. However Plenty of dishes for eating/drinking.

Amazing Beach House!

Our family had such a good time staying at this property! Not only was it extremely clean and put together well, but the view was exquisite! This home is designed and kept up very well, and the location could not have been better. Whether it’s the private beach, the patio view, or the town of Flagler Beach- it was such a refreshing experience. My family had a blast and we would love to come back!

Rare find on the beach

Location! This home is directly on the beach, unlike so many near it in Flagler that are across the road. It has a large, covered patio on the beach as well which was perfect. The management company was very polite and helpful when we asked for assistance. Beds were comfortable as well.

This property was perfect for my dad, my brother and me. Even though it rained, the covered deck allowed us to still be outside enjoying the ocean waves. We will be back!

Perfect beach experience.

This property had all the amenities we wanted. The location was perfect and we loved the Lani. Although we didn't experience any difficulties, I did contact the property manager and left a message. She quickly responded and was quite pleasant.

Location was great and host was responsive. The house was in disrepair and dirty. The stove does not work right. Doors do not work well. Furniture is very dirty, we placed sheets over everything. Extra blankets in closet were sour. The bed squeaks and with internet in room there was too much light. The bathroom was ridiculously small. I could go on but I think that paint the picture.

Great location and cute house!

This house looks just like the pictures. It’s an older house that’s been updated very well. We basically lived on the back patio. The only downside was that the beds were really hard. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely rent again.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The easy access to the beach was by far the best part with three young kids. The views were so breath taking, and being able to sit with the door open and hear the ocean was so relaxing. It fit all of us perfect and is well stocked with everything you would need. The town of Flagler was perfect too! Not overly commercialized, but still plenty of great local spots to check out. The property could use some maintenance (weeds, back patio wasn’t cleaned, broken handle inside) but overall it was still a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Amazing Vacation

House was awesome. The layout was great. The cockroaches everyone keeps talking about are palmetto bugs(very common in Florida). They were on the outside patio. We ended up staying an extra 2 weeks and we loved everything about the stay. The private beach is amazing. The sunrises were beautiful. The only thing that was weird was the stove. The “HI” is really “LO”. WiFi was not that good, but we still loved the place and will be back again next year. The dog had a blast also.

Ocean view

Lovely property. Not suitable for children since the sand is very rough on the feet and the surf/undertow is also very strong. We could not swim at all. We loved the outdoor/porch space since it is covered and protects from sun and weather enabling us to be outside at all times to eat or read or just sit and enjoy the view. We took lots of photos of the sunrises and turbulent ocean.

Wonderful location

I rented this house for a girls weekend, but definitely plan to rent again with my family! The house was very clean, but it could use a little love. My only two complaints for inside are that the fridge was old and rusty and the light switches need labels. The exterior is a little rough too, which is expected from a house this close to the beach. The location made this house though. It is right on the beach, and it is nice to be so close to the house while having a beach day. If you love cozy beach shacks, i would definitely recommend this place for just about any occasion.

Les points forts : Arrivée
Les points faibles : Propreté, communication, exactitude de l’annonce
Had cockroaches, dishwasher didn’t work, there was food left from previous renters, broken canopy left in yard along with other junk and overall just unclean. Contacted them when we arrived and finally heard back 4 days later that they would move us to a condo but we only had 2 days left at that point so was not worth the time to move. Very disappointing when you spend all that money to stay somewhere and it turns out this way.

Sunrise

Great location, the house was comfortable for my husband and me. We had some trouble opening the front door at first, but my husband used a little shoulder power and we had no trouble after that with the door. There were very few instructions with this house. Just what to do on check-out. We had no experience with ROKU TV, so could not get network programs. We are used to the notebook that comes with VRBO houses and realized how much we appreciated them, after not having one. If you want a perfect location on the beach, this is the house for you. Johanna, the property manager was very helpful.
