Sehr gut
Es war alles tipptop. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wunderschöne Räumlichkeiten, praktisch als Familie. Einzig bzgl. Kücheneinrichtung hat Handabwaschmittel und ein Lappen gefehlt. Auch ein Besen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Zimmer bzw. Apartment nur eine Türe hat durch die Licht einfallen konnte.

3 Tage Florenz - alles per pedes
Nach einem eher desolaten Hotel in Venedig, war das Popartment eine positive Überraschung. Genug Platz, Stauraum und ein Garagenplaz für 20€ die Nacht (in Italien quasi der Standardpreis). Alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Bus und Straßenbahn 5min entfernt. Pizzeria ums Eck empfehlenswert und auch ein kleiner Nahversorger 5min entfernt. Netter Service am Front-Desk, aber keine Durchwahl am Zimmertelefon. Abzüge für fehlende Reinigungsmittel, einen Geschirrspüler der sich nicht einschalten ließ und das die Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden. Betten deutlich zu hart. Außerdem warten wir seit 4Tagen auf eine Antwort bezüglich einer eventuell zurückgelassen Brieftasche.

Nice apartement hotel for business / holiday
A very nice little apartement hotel not far away from central railway station. The apartements are great, clean with lots of space (except for the shower) and a little balkony. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. A Big "Thank you!" here. There is no breakfast offering but plenty of options for eat/drink/coffee are just 100 meters away around the corner. At the moment, the Hotel is tricky to reach because of a street building site on the main way to the hotel. But there are signs showing the way and the staff offers help on the phone. If I had to say something negativ, this would be it. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I very much enjoyed my stay and will surely come back the next time I will be in Florence. Thank you!

Einfach gemütlich!
Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof aus problemlos in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es liegt unweit einer kleinen Piazza, an der man einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Pescheria und ein Gemüsegeschäft, sowie eine Pizzeria und eine Bar findet und auch die Bushaltestelle. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet und bequem! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein Apartment für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Florenz. Direkt am Hotel gab es Parkmöglichkeiten und auch eine Parkgarage wäre gegen Aufpreis verfügbar gewesen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, neuwertig und gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit einer Kaffepadmaschine. Sehr praktisch: ein Starterpackage zur Begrüßung, u.a. mit Kaffeepads, Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Service!

I was not able to stay at this property. The unit I was assigned was not as pictured. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed it was a chair bed and the mattress was thin as cardboard. I was place in a unit on the ground floor, my preference would have been a room on a higher floor but I was told all rooms were taken. Upon entering the room, I checked the doors leading out to the terrace. The doors did not lock! When I presented my concerns to Simona at the front desk, she was rude and did not offer any solution. She wanted me and my family to stay in the room until another potentially became available. My family and I were in a foreign country and we were not willing to risk our safety. We had to leave this property immediately for one that was safe and suitable.

I spent two nights at this hotel, which was a very special experience for me. I had paid the full amount in advance, but upon check-in, the staff informed me that I needed to pay extra for my child. Despite having already paid an additional charge for my son as indicated on my receipt, they issued a separate invoice for 80 euros. On the second day, I requested additional towels from the front desk. The staff member rudely informed me that there would be an extra charge for the towels, stating, 'We do not provide housekeeping services like other hotels!' These two incidents made me feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. As a result, I hurriedly checked out on the morning of my last day.

Dear Jaesun, we are sorry that your experience was not as exepected.There are some incorrect information: you booked for two adults and a 1 one year old child but your child was 14.We had to provide a bigger room as the original room you booked was with a baby bed that of course could not host a 14 year old kid.You paid only the upgrade and the city tax for you and the kid.We provided the receipt for what you paid. The original reservation which was not correct was already paid through expedia and if you check again your reservation you will see that what we are saying is true.One of the rule of our property which is also written online is that the cleaning and change of towels is not every day so there is an extra to pay if you want this service.We are very sorry for the misundesratndings.

Spacious nice apt decent beds add on fees
Spent 4 nights in Florence so preferred an apt with the option of making some meals, washing some clothes, stretching out. Nice apartment, full of light, spacious, pleasant,, good shower, kitchen had all needed, bed comfortable, WC good & language setting on the TV switches shows to original lang. Bakery, restaurants, market within 5 min. Excellent communal areas: really nice interior courtyard & very nice lounge (good for big groups!) Staff were friendly, welcoming. However, some things that should be noted: (1) 5-10 min farther out from the historic center than we would have liked. If you're a walker, not bad. Coming from airport or train or bus easy to reach via the tram system: 2 blocks from the building. But it's a 20 min walk to he heart of the historic area, not easy to go back for a quick rest between activities. The walk at night isn't great (not very bad, just not great) Check Google Maps for where you'll want to spend time. (2) We got a unit with a kitchen: be aware (unique in our experience!) they charge 28 Euros for using the kitchen! Does not appear in the description, only in the fine print in the fees list (along with the parking fees) They waived the fee after discussion, because 4 nights? But if you're only staying for 2-3 nights, be aware of the extra euros you'll pay. (3) Laundry facilities are available - we didn't use them as the fees for the washer & dryer were higher than other places we've stayed and didn't need it as we'd just had that elsewhere.

Nice apartment. Very spacious with King size bed, kitchen, and a little balcony. Very close to REDI tram stop. Easy to get to/from Santa Maria Novella train station/downtown. Don't wait in line for a taxi for 12 euros take the T2 tram to REDI stop for 1.7 euros! Then a 4 minute walk to Popartment. Easy to drag your luggage along those sidewalks too. Trams stop is to the right when you exit the train station. Girl at the desk was informative as well. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is impecable, very comfortable and rhe staff is friendly and welcoming. The lady at reception speaks Italian in such an animated way that even if you don't speak a word of it you can understand everything she says. The location is outside the tourist area but 3 stops by tram will take you there in no time.

It’s clean place, there’s tram station across the place so you can take that to go to main Florence train station or city Center (10 mins) some bathroom lights weren’t working but we didn’t bother complaining as it’s not big issue for us. It’s a good alternative for anyone who doesn’t want to splurge on high end hotels. One tip to future customers: call the hotel directly and confirm your reservation as we had a hiccup there, Expedia didn’t notify them or some miscommunication that we almost didn’t get the room however Popartment had one room available so gave it to us. Other than that it’s a good place to stay . Also, confirm whether kitchen is allowed to be used for free or if there’s extra charge .

One of the standout features of Popartment was the excellent rooms. They were not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable.
