The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. „The cottage was from a Hallmark movie. The owner Chad remodeled this nearly century old river front cottage to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need while maintaining the charm. Chad is a friendly and generous host and was always available. The cottage is in the side yard of their home but they were completely unobtrusive during the entirety of our stay. “

„We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. „We would definitely stay here again! The property was clean and nicely updated. Even though it is in a 4 unit building we never heard our neighbors unless we were all on the outside patio at the same time. The views and access to the beach were incredible! If it is not foggy, the sunset is spectacular and we watched gray whales right off the beach. „We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our primary reason for this vacation was to visit family so we pretty much just slept and showered at the cottage. We adjusted to the lack of internet and cell coverage by watching a dvd movie at night and enjoyed our time there. Thank you for opening your property!“

"Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und der Frühstücksraum ist auch wunderbar mit Blick auf das Wasser. Manche Tische stehen direkt an den Fenstern. Auswahl passt gut, Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Das gesamte Hotel und die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, allerdings merkt man doch schon etwas die Jahre .... teilweise sind am Gang zB Teppiche aufgerissen und das ganze Hotel wirkt etwas, als hätte es die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Hoffentlich wird hier etwas unternommen, denn das Hotel liegt sehr schön und auch ruhig und die Lage des Frühstücksraums ist eine der schönsten in einem Hotel. Das bezahlt man natürlich auch mit den etwas höheren Preisen, und daher sollte man sich auch um den Rest etwas besser kümmern. Sonst aber zu empfehlen!"
