« Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work....

« Stayed here with my wife, and it was a great place to stay for a short trip. Perfect for 1-2 guests! A few things that you should know: you have no control over the A/C because you are connected to their home. When we stayed, the fan in the bedroom only had one mode: full blast! « THE CHECK IN: We arrived at the Breeze in the evening at approximately 7:00, expecting to find instructions for self-check in.
