It is fenced in for our pups, it's quiet with direct access to the beach (which is literally feet away), and is always good and clean. The half bath is outside, but that doesn't bother us in the least. It's well kept and clean and comes in handy when you are just hanging out on the patio! « My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city.
