„We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!“

„The location of this place couldn't have been better for us. It’s so close to the free Connector streetcar that you can see it from the windows. The recommended parking garage was close too.We loved the exposed brick and character of the building but appreciated the updates too. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.We heard music from the bar on the first level (through the windows, but not the floor) but it was quiet after 11:30 or so.If 40 stairs is daunting, ...

„This was an ideal location for enjoying downtown and the Over the Rhine area. We were able to walk to most destinations. It does help to be fairly fit, as some of the walks can be medium distances and the unit is up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was fully equipped and very user friendly. „Over the Rhine is a great location with lots of restaurants, bars, boutiques, etc. We loved staying here, although it was noisy (street noise), but that’s to be expected in a city environment. „Wonderful 2 story apartment with great game room! Perfect for a big group or family. FYI, It is on 4th floor (no elevator) but stairs are inside, clean and safe. Great location in OTR around the corner from Kroger and coffee emporium and few blocks from sugar n spice diner and good fellows pizza! We went on a weekend so some active street noise we could hear from master bedroom but upstairs bedrooms say they didn’t hear anything. I would highly recommend the Penthouse! Very clean!
