« The bathroom shampoo & the body soup pump was either broken or not working or filled. There was some small bottles on the sink counter but they were missing the shampoo. Beyond that everything seem to be ok. »

« Staff was generally fine. Problems: TV in room was very, very snowy. Unwatchable. Morning breakfast is not really a breakfast. Just a snack. Kinda misleading. If you check to see if a room is available before their normal check-in of 3 o'clock they will charge you an extra $55 if they have rooms ready. Never seen this before. Property is old and a bit tired. When we finally checked in we had to changed one room due to smoke smell. Plus a $100 damage fee is charged. Won't know if returned until...

« I like the room as far as it is adorable but that was not any service at all no room cleaning no towels changing to trash taking I did not bother to check the breakfast choices since it too obvious to bother :) »

« La chambre sent l’humidité, les tapis sont déchirés, il y avait des tâches étranges sur la literie. Nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit dans un des lits alors avons dormis 4 dans un lit double….Nous voulions partir tôt pour Yosemite, nous sommes finalement parti une heure plus tôt encore. »
