If there is one bit of advice, seating for a couple more people would be great. I understand that the living room is small but that would help. Other than that, we had a great stay. „Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. “

„Lovely home in serene surroundings. Great place to rest, relax, read, and explore. Lots of birds and a couple of hares add to the ambiance. Fresh eggs from the hens and flowers from the garden make this a truly special place. Will definitely revisit when time allows. Thank you for sharing “

„I only have great things to say about this lovely home. Clean, full kitchen with all the dishes we needed. I was even able to bake a cake to celebrate the college graduation we attended! The host, Maria, is kind and thoughtful. She brought us fresh, delicious fruit and snacks, even brought treats for the dog. The property is lovely.“

„Beautiful space with everything you need. The parking pass is a huge plus so parking was not a problem at all. Check in/out directions are easy to follow and property directions and descriptions were spot on. The hosts are excellent communicators and were able to assist with all of my questions. „All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return ...

„Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! “

„We had so much fun here. The property is absolutely stunning. We had fun spending one of our days at the pool and multiple nights in the spa. We were greated with farm fresh eggs and a bottle of wine. We fell asleep to the sounds of chirping frogs. We have stayed at a handful of VRBO’s and this one was well stocked with everything we could need or didn’t have. My kids loved our stay and are wondering when we can go back.?“

„Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. “

„The cozy cottage is just that… warm and cozy! The owners were communicative and very helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked throughout. We cooked a large breakfast for a group on our last day and the kitchen had all of the essential cooking items we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful! “

"Super Platz für Sightseeing. Hotel ist sauber und freundliche Leute arbeiten hier. Parkservice wird angeboten. Leider war unser Zimmer (11221) laut, da wir zum Innenhof das Fenster hatten. Hier befinden sich die Kühltürme der Klimaanlagen und laufen 24/7. die Fenster dämmen leider nur sehr wenig die dumpfen Kühlgeräusche. Zugleich arbeitet im Zimmer ein Ventilator (Luft nach außen) sodass beide Geräusche das Einschlafen erschweren. Dann noch der Wecker mit der Weckzeit 6:00 des Gastes zuvor. Hyatt in Europa ist anders als in US. Frühstück wird zum Tisch gebracht und beinhaltet eine 22$ Pauschale. Der Rest ist kostenpflichtig. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Sauberkeit macht das Hotel empfehlenswert. "

"Der Pool war geschlossen. Das. Frühstück typisch amerikanischen: nur Süsses und Abfall. Auswahl an Würsten, Eier und so fehlte. 9h Ende des Frühstücks ist etwas früh. Lage sehr laut (Strasse)"

"Unsere gebuchte Kategorie für 2 Nächte: Zimmer, 1 King-Bett, Ausblick (Sacramento View). Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber, ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, Fenster sind Schallisoliert. Das Personal ist durchgängig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um zu Fuß die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Old Sacramento Waterfront ist nur ein paar Gehminuten mit Shops/Restaurants/Museen zu erreichen. Am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen und Lounge Möbel mit Sonnenschirmen vorhanden. Die Karte reicht von Speisen über Getränke und lädt zum verweilen ein. Mittagszeit gibt Eis am Pool kostenlos. Für die Kinder werden frische Fruchtsäfte am Pool kostenlos verteilt. Das Valet Parken kostet extra mit 40€/Nacht ohne Tax. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Auto wird einen schnell zur Verfügung gestellt."
