« Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you! »

« Awesome hotel in a wonderful town of Rockford.. Beautiful trails for biking .. shops and restaurants were wonderful and The Rose is in the center of it all.. Almost brand new.. the hotel was beautifully done »

« Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one. »

« The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. The carpet had never been cleaned, with a vacuum or carpet cleaner. It was stained and sticky. We actually bought cheap flip flops so we could walk in the room without our shoes. The shower and vanity was not...
