« Aucun accueil, tout de fait en libre service, car je n'ai vu personne durant tout le sejour dans un hôtel au demeurant tres agréable. A ne pas conseiller aux personnes ayant peur de la solitude et souhaitant être accueilli par du personnel, car il n'y a absolument personne dans l'hôtel. Comme pour le petit déjeuner prévu, mais inexistant. Experience tres bizarre. Pourtant les chambres ont tout le confort. »

« This is such a lovely place to stay, quirky and interesting decor, great food and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again, though will ask for a room nearer the ground floor next time as the stairs were tricky for the dodgy knees. »

« My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up. »
