The view from our unit was fantastic. Stunning sunsets. The unit was spotless and well appointed. Working with Taylor, Alex and Brad from Coastal was easy. Very service oriented. We would stay again.

Beautiful views, prime location

The condo was beautiful and my daughter and I had plenty of room to relax. It was clean and easy to find. The view was spectacular, lots of sunset viewing! I found the complex to be loud, construction started at 7a during the week, it was loud and there were construction type materials scattered throughout the property grounds. 2 surrounding neighbors smoked on their deck. This was disturbing and put a damper on my morning outside time. The beach chairs were very used and not clean and the umbrella was broken. The condo was great, if only it was in another building. Location was great, 10 min walk to town square. Family friendly, but more bar type restaurants than family oriented restaurants.

Beautiful Viewsa

Overall had a great stay, just a few little things that made me rate 4 instead of 5. In the front room with two beds it was hot and the fan did not go very high. Also, in the bathroom with the tub, there was no water pressure and there was no water stopper so I could not give my kids a bath. Other than that it was the perfect location and we had a good time!

Wonderful!

We had a great time staying right on the beach. Condo was just like the photos. There are 2 beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler available. Also, it had plenty of beach towels. I can’t wait to return!

Exactly what I wanted

Excellent location. Highly recommend. Slept with the windows open and could listen to the waves at night. Screens everywhere, so no bugs, and the view was not hampered at all. There were 'toys' provided for 2 (lawn chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, sand toys, towels). They provided great little kits (soap, sponge, detergent, tp, bags). But they were serious when they said no spices or condiments. Bring your own salt & pepper. There were no coffee filters (or coffee). Thankfully, I had made an instacart order 2 days prior to arrival (from the local "Publix" grocery store), which was delivered perfectly the morning after I arrived. I came late, at midnight, and picking up the parking pass from the lockbox at the office was a breeze. The office is on the way (super convenient location), before going over the bridge. Don't forget that pass either; saw someone get towed. They don't play. The trash chute was steps away. This unit is on the bottom floor, so great views of the ocean even from the kitchen. Elevator dings and construction noise didn't bother me since they are hustling to recover from hurricane damage. And nights were very quiet (if noise bothers you, ask the owners if construction is planned during your visit). The A/C was excellent. I like the temp cold. Light on cookware (had to buy a shredder). Staff! was very responsive! Contact them if expecting pkgs from USPS (they'll deliver). Shower pressure was light. On the whole, it was outstanding.

Perfect beach spot

We really enjoyed staying right on the beach, and having the porch to enjoy the ocean views. We were in a good location (away fromthe crazy crowds/loudness of the city center and public beach). The unit was nice and clean too.

Nice location; lacked cleanliness

After cleaning up dinner the first night of our stay, we turned on the garbage disposal to hear a horrible grinding noise. After cleaning out the disposal we dug out a chicken bone and beer bottle lid before we could get it functioning appropriately. The bed spreads had som type of stains present that could have been removed with proper laundering. The wifi never worked during the stay. The primary TV only allowed regular TV programming. We never received information about how to rent an umbrella for the beach but found out from our neighbor a few days in that we should have. I called and we did together the info sent to us. We left some sand toys we had purchased for future vacationers who may have children. For those flying in, it would be nice to have some items for kids to play with or a storage area to keep them for families.

Mother Daughter weekend

Location was great we were able to walk downtown. The apartment was perfect for the six of us plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Parking was a plus. The apartment came fully equipped with everything we needed.

condo on the gulf

Condo was very inviting and comfortable....except the low toilets were next to impossible to sit down/get up AND the master bed was so high I couldn't get in it even with a purchased stool so had to sleep in a living room chair. Neighboring resort was very noisy all day with the constant pounding beat of their music.

Beautiful beach week!

I didn't want to do anything but swim, relax, and read. The vacation was perfect. Great location on the north end, less busy. Had a couple good dinners and nights out. All very nice.

Perfect view.

Perfect view. Great condo. You can listen to the ocean while you fall asleep. Pink shell resort was a little loud a couple weeknights but it was quiet by 9:30 or so. This area is a bit more low key than other areas in the north end of the strip which is nice. You can walk to the pier and there were dolphins.

Great Location

We enjoyed the condo and the location. The shuttle into the downtown area was very convenient. Our only problem was on day 2 of our stay, we had people above us that were moving patio chairs around starting at 6:00am. Not sure if they were kids or adults. Then on day 3 and for the rest of our stay, we not only had the noise from above, but we also had noise starting at 8:00am lasting all day, of workers installing new screens on the porches. That was very disturbing. We were glad to be moving to another location on Thursday.
