The host was attentive and easy to communicate with the property on the inside was clean and well equipped. Printed directions about the use of the TV and kitchen oven would have been extremely helpful. Instead, we had to call. The condition of the furniture, however, was really poor. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the chairs in the living room were unsafe. One of them was not held together with screws and collapsed when a friend of ours sat in it. He was unheard, and I notified the rental company.The washing machine and dryer had no instructions and worked very very poorly. The washing machine did not take the water out of the clothes on the spin cycle and we had to ring them out by hand.The door handle on the shower is extremely loose and about to fall off. The front door handle on the inside did fall off, and we had to replace it.The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice and the towels were adequate. More than one dishwasher pod should be provided so that we can do dishes on a regular basis. Overall, someone needs to come in and tighten screws wash windows, scrub floors until they’re shiny and clean it appears somewhat neglected, but passable.The location of the rental is convenient to the beach and to local restaurants, which made it fun. But, we would probably not rent again because we had a pet and the beach did not allow pets. Period thank you for your attention to these details.
