« This is a fantastic property! Clean, very well appointed, serene, and beautiful. The creek is fast flowing and fun for a quick plunge. Prompt and friendly service from the property manager and owner whenever we needed anything. Very reasonable owner when requests were made. « The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend. »
