Other Things to Note:

Place is brand spanking new. Don't foresee any maintenance issue needed, but if there is one don't hesitate to reach out during your stay and I respond immediately to give u that 5 star experience. Please remember to not leave outside doors wide open, or hot tub uncovered when not in use. Other than that we don't have a ton of rules or demands. We want this to be a perfect getaway and not have to stress like u might at other's rentals with a million rules.



Interaction with Guests:

I respond in minutes if not seconds to messages on AbnB which is my preferred method so I know which of our homes you are staying at!
