« An Enchanting Escape into Simpler TimesThis little cabin near Ellicottville is pure magic. It feels as though it was built from the forest itself — every timber, porch post, and antique detail breathing the quiet soul of the surrounding woods. The views of the Appalachian foothills are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm in a way you almost forget exists anymore.The porch is a dream — especially the cushioned wooden swing overlooking the pond. « This cabin is absolutely perfect! It is very clean and cozy, and is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the secluded location yet it is close enough to everywhere we had planned to go. The owner does an excellent job of communicating important information...better than any others that I have experienced. We really hope to return to the area in the future and will definitely be staying here again! »

« If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears! »

« Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend! »

« Property was the perfect place for our enlarging family to rest while visiting Cuba Lake family home. Loved the nostalgic Lake photos decorating the home. The front porch was a comfortable family gathering spot after a day on the lake! »

« We always enjoy staying at Colleen's cabin and are grateful that she opens it for guests! It's a well-done hunting cabin that has a lot more comforts than others in the area. Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. »

« I wish I could put into words how amazing our stay was. First, the house is amazing. Big, cozy, well-maintained and well-equipped.
