« Hôtel très bien situé, quasiment tout inclus (internet, bon petit déjeuner, collation le soir en semaine), avec un gros Target très peu cher à proximité. Seul vrai bémol, la climatisation de la chambre était peu agréable à utiliser, étant plutôt bruyante. Mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas ce défaut. »

« We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again. »

« The issue we had was the bath water was cold and wouldn’t get hot at all the whole stay, we told the staff and it was nothing they could do.we had to shower and bath in cold water »

« We checked in and stayed in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff told me it was “European-Style.” Would have been nice to know before I booked. It was like 120 square foot. And later the staff told me they had normal rooms but checked me into a European sized room. Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. ...

« Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return. »

« This hotel offered a convenient location, clean rooms and a standard stay for our visit to Dallas. There are minor issues that made me give a 4 instead of a 5 star review. In the shower cubicle, the conditioner and body wash was empty and they didn’t check or replenish it every day. The water pressure was on the low side and on the first day, they replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. »
