The Space:

The open-concept living area pairs a gas fireplace with a smart TV, cable, and a Queen-size memory-foam pullout couch. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked for cooking — gas range, Insta Pot, crock pot, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster — with granite counters and a dining table for four. A covered balcony off the living space offers mountain views over the lake.



Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bath (shower + smart TV). The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a laptop-friendly workspace with smart TV. The living-room pullout brings capacity to five guests total.



Bathrooms: Two full baths — an en-suite shower in the primary and a shower/tub combo in the hallway.



Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, Nest-controlled baseboard heat, garage parking plus an additional spot, and a Tesla / EV charger in the garage.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours. Contactless self check-in — a unique entry code is sent before arrival. Parking includes one private garage space plus one additional spot behind the garage. A shared community hot tub is open to guests during posted hours.



The Neighborhood:

Beaver Lodge Condo is in Frisco, Colorado — a mountain town at 9,097 feet in the heart of Summit County. The property sits directly off Lake Dillon with views of Grays and Torreys Peaks.



Walk from the front door to Lake Dillon's shoreline and the paved Summit County rec path, which runs 55+ miles across the county linking Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Dillon Marina — with paddleboard, kayak, and pontoon boat rentals — is a ten-minute walk. Safeway, Whole Foods, and a cluster of restaurants sit across Summit Boulevard, about five minutes on foot.



Main Street Frisco, with its historic district of shops, breweries, and restaurants, is a fifteen-minute walk or a short drive. Four major ski resorts are within thirty minutes of the condo: Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Breckenridge (15 minutes), Keystone (20 minutes), and Vail (25 minutes). Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are both within an hour.



Summer brings lake swimming, boating, fly-fishing, hiking, and mountain biking directly on the rec path. Winter means ski-in parking at any of the four resorts — all on quick, well-plowed routes.



Getting Around:

Most guests reach Frisco by car. From Denver International Airport, the drive is approximately 90 minutes west on I-70 (75 miles). The route crosses the Eisenhower Tunnel — all-wheel drive or chains are recommended November through April. Check cotrip.org for winter road conditions.



From Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), Frisco is about 45 minutes east on I-70.



Once at the property, Lake Dillon, the rec path, Main Street, and Safeway are walkable. Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail are 10–25 minutes by car on well-maintained mountain routes. The Summit Stage, Summit County's free public bus, runs past the property for car-free travel within the county.



Parking at the condo: one private garage space plus one additional outdoor spot behind the garage. A Tesla / EV charger is installed in the garage.

Altitude: Frisco sits at 9,097 ft. Drink extra water, take it easy your first day, and consider travel insurance. We're unable to offer refunds for altitude-related issues.



No air conditioning — Frisco rarely needs it. Baseboard heat is controlled by a Nest thermostat.



Hot tub note: the hot tub is a shared community hot tub (not private) and is open to all guests in the complex during posted hours.



Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM.



Interaction with Guests:

We respond within an hour and are always reachable by text, phone, or through the platform. Check-in is contactless — the level of interaction after that is up to you.
